PRODUCTS: Seller may discontinue, replace or modify any product listed on the website at
any time without notice. When filling orders, Seller will NOT make substitutions for similar
products without first obtaining written consent from Buyer. Seller attempts to be as accurate
as possible regarding product descriptions. However, seller does not warrant that product
descriptions or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or
error-free. If a product offered by Seller is not as described, Buyer's sole remedy is to
return it in unused condition. Please see the section below describing incorrect shipments
for return information.
Seller reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse and/or limit service,
(including product quantity), to any customer at any time prior to delivery. Verification of
Buyer's submitted information may be required prior to the delivery of any order.
PRICE: Generally, the product prices displayed on the website are in addition to the standard
shipping and handling charges. The prices do not include sales taxes, if applicable. Additional
shipping costs to customers outside of the 48 contiguous United States and applicable sales tax
will be added to Buyer's total invoice price. If product price errors are discovered, they are
promptly corrected on the website, and the corrected price will apply to future orders. Buyers
of incorrectly priced products that have not been delivered will be notified of the error, and
will have the opportunity to cancel or amend their order.
PAYMENT: Seller accepts Purchase Orders from registered customers who have been approved by Seller.

customer service area of the website. Payment by registered customers is governed by the Agreement
to Pay Account which is available for view in the customer service area of the website by clicking
on 'FAQ', then by viewing the 'credit application' PDF file. Payment can also be made at any time
with a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card. Your credit card will be
charged once your order is shipped for delivery.
SALES TAX: Buyer is responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may
apply to Buyer's order(s). If applicable, the sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price,
and may include applicable charges for shipping and handling if required by law. Currently, Seller
must collect sales tax for orders SHIPPED to customers in New Mexico, New York, and in Texas.
PRODUCT DELIVERY: Seller is not responsible or liable for any delay in receiving or completing any
product order that is caused by an event beyond Seller's reasonable control. Such events may include,
but are not limited to, fire, flood, accident, strike, riot, civil commotion, act of God, war,
terrorist acts, or other hostilities, acts or omissions of carriers, transmitters, phone companies,
Internet Service Providers or Internet backbone providers or a failure, interruption or delay of the
server or this website caused by an event outside the direct control of Seller, including without
limitation, power outages or attacks on the website such as by persons known as 'hackers.'
Seller does not sell products to customers outside of the United States.
Additional S&H charges will apply to orders shipped to APOs, Hawaii and Alaska and to orders shipped
via upgraded services (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc). S&H charges along with any charged freight are
non-refundable in occurrences where Seller has made no error in merchandizing or shipping.
RETURN INFORMATION: Seller will issue a refund, replacement or credit if Buyer is not satisfied with a
purchase, provided Buyer notifies Seller within 14 days of receipt of product. A Restocking Charge of
20% of the sales price of the products will apply to all items returned when Seller has made no error
in merchandizing or shipping. Refunds will be made by original method of payment. All returns must
arrive unused in the original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid
by Buyer. Notwithstanding the above, returns will not be accepted for certain products including, but
not limited to, ballasts, linear fluorescent bulbs with a length greater than 48 inches, light fixtures

Seller will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping costs if Seller made an error with
an order. Buyer must note any obvious damage or shortage while applying Buyer's signature at the time

and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to Seller. In the

receipt of a prepaid shipping label to be affixed to the original box, packaging and all contents.
