This RECYCLEPAK recycling kit consists of 2 UN approved pails with Life Latch lids. The 1/2-gallon pail is designed to ship wet amalgam waste and must be shipped within the 2-gallon pail. Additional dry dental wastes such as lead x-ray foil, non-contact amalgam and empty plastic vials can be placed in the 2-gallon pail to fill the space around the half gallon pail. Total weight of mercury in container must not exceed 1 lb. Total container weight must not exceed 20 lbs.
