You can feel the quality of this product just by taking it out of the box. The heavy flat glass face makes this compact fluorescent PAR lamp almost an exact match to a traditional halogen PAR lamp in terms of size and heft, but that is where the similarities end. This 23 Watt compact fluorescent PAR lamp is a direct replacement for a 90 Watt PAR38 halogen bulb, yet it produces far less hear, lasts much longer, and consumes much less energy. This TCP PF3823 will pay for itself several times over with energy savings.
