Sensor Switch CMRB-50-480 High Bay Fixture Sensor Surface and End of Fixture Mounting
The CMRB-50-480 Series sensor provides High Bay Bi-Directional Aisle Way sensing for 208/480 VAC fluorescent fixtures. Mounted at the end of the linear fixture, the CMRB-50-480 views 70 to 110 feet bi-directionally, when mounted at 30 to 45 feet high. The sensors view pattern provides coverage of the lighting areas of three typically spaced High Bay fixtures. Therefore, when mounted directly to a fixture the coverage area extends out to the area that is lighted by the neighboring fixtures. This effect is useful with some Program-Start ballasts that have a delay such that when traveling in a fork-lift truck, lighting needs to be initiated On ahead of the truck. This sensor was specifically designed for 208/480 Volt control meeting NEC 410.54 part B requirements of simultaneously switching both hot conductors. This sensor provides 5 wires, 2 Hot leads, 2 Load wires, and ground. These sensors may also work with a single Hot and Neutral system used in 120 and 277 volts, or this product may be used to switch multi-volt ballasts. High Humidity or Cold damp environments are handled by the optional LT version.
