NB6-1 is a rechargeable, maintenance free, non spillable, and highly efficient design battery. National batteries can be stored for up to 1 year at 25C (77F) and then a freshening charge is recommended. It has an expected life of up to 5 years in standby use. It has low self discharge rate and lower than 3 percent capacity loss per month.
