Accuracy: plus/minus 1.8 F from -22 to 302 F (plus/minus 4 F at all other ranges); plus/minus 1 C from -30 to 150 C (plus/minus 2 C at all other ranges). Probe length: 5 in. with 3 ft. cord. Power source: 1 LR44 battery. Includes battery, hard shell molded case, 2 K-Type beaded tip probes.
