Control this thermostat directly at the unit or monitor and adjust the temperatures of each thermostat in your home over an authenticated, secure and free Internet connection through the Proliphix website. The easy-to-use web browser configuration tool makes it easy to configure heating or cooling programs that maximize comfort while minimizing the energy used. The IP thermostat requires an IP Thermostat Power Adapter (sold separately) to receive power over cat.5 cable. One power adapter can supply power for up to two thermostats for varying temperature ranges in your home. The IP Thermostat and IP Thermostat Power Adapter are also available to be purchased as a kit; a kit is also available that contains a six-port power adapter for controlling up to six thermostats, ideal for larger homes. The Proliphix IP Thermostat features a clear, backlit graphic LCD for easy viewing. Install this IP Thermostat on your local LAN and control it with your web browser on your local PC. You can also establish a free Remote Management account with Proliphix to control your IP Thermostat and receive email alarm notifications from anywhere in the world through their secure website. The IP Thermostat is compatible with most HVAC systems, so whether you have a gas or oil furnace or boiler, heat pump system with auxiliary heat, hydronic heating, or central air conditioning, youll be able to integrate this single-stage heat and cool thermostat into your existing heating system. Thermostats can be configured to send alerts in the event of required maintenance or high or low temperature alarms. Use this system to turn on the heat or air conditioning in your vacation home or receive an email notification if the thermostat has detected a danger of freezing pipes. Flexible temperature scheduling options, with 366 day programming, set four temperature periods per day, with vacation and special day schedules available as well. The NT20e is identical to our NT10e product with the added capability to monitor two remotely wired thermal sensors. Sensors sold separately. Examples for remote thermal sensing could include zone thermal averaging or outdoor air temperature reporting.
